Neon tubes (violet n°15), arrows

Both spells and algorithms are built on the same core idea: that language isn’t just there to describe the world — it can change it. Not through what it means, but through what it does. A spell isn’t about communication, it’s about execution. Same with code.
Run it, and something happens.

The neon lines are made from  fragments of algorithmic codes, pulled from systems that influence how behaviour. They’re stripped from their original function and recast as something between enchantment and command — launched outward like spells, through arrows, through space. It’s not about mysticism or tech hype — it’s about how both spell and script rely on belief systems: belief in causality, in unseen systems, in outcomes triggered by the right sequence of functional words. From a language perspective, it’s a shift from talking about something to making something happen. That collapse of syntax into function — command over communication — is like magic.
